Pepper port in a storm

A few months back when the cold times began their invasion, I brought in several pots of peppers that had been growing next to the garage enthusiastically all summer. A couple were placed in the basement under a timed fluorescent light and a couple took up residence in the bright south windows of the second floor. Those in the basement are hanging on though not looking particularly pleased right now, but upstairs:


I think this is a Bull Nose, though the tag got lost long ago. I am stunned and quite grateful, because this is what’s going on out in their first home today:


So you can consider me a total convert to the culture of potted peppers.
