Blurry Roper from Waterford, Mich.

Posted on Craigslist now for a pricey price (though I haven’t been including prices on my posts, I do feel compelled to say that $1,500 is, seriously, up to 10 times more than these stoves tend to go for). However, I will add that I haven’t seen any just like this up for sale recently. Late 30s, early 40s and early 50s models are more plentiful.

Seller’s description: “Rare, fully functional, very good condition (a few minor scratches) 1935 Roper Stove with 4 Burners, Pewter Boiler & Oven, including Period Salt/Pepper Shakers w/Rack and Overhead Light.”
